Here is my Top 5 of what not to do in court when you protest an infringement:

  • 5- To be familiar with the judge

  • 4- To have a witness who contradicts your version

  • 3- To take pictures of the court

  • 2- To be aggressive and call the police officer names

  • 1- To continue speaking when the judge ask to remain silent

You laugh…. but I saw these in the causes preceding mine!
