At my own surprise, I got a ticket from the city court for a unpaid ticket ! Since I never got the so called 
ticket on my windshield, I looked for the date and hour. I received a ticket for illegal parking at midnight on a week night at an intersection that I don’t even know ! I am sure that I was never parked there! I looked at my agenda : I work really early (I get up at 5am and I live in the suburban area!) I don’t have any friends in that part of the city and nothing in the surroundings that could have made me go park in that area.
That ticket is impossible ! I just don’t understand !
And I never lend my car !
How could I park my car in that part of the city at that time of the day when I am in my bed at 40km from there !
I got in touch with the person in charge (!), and faxed my side of the story and they decided to go on with the pursuit against me (even with my wife attesting that I was home). It is easy to prove when you’re at work, during the day, but at midnight, beside my spouse, how could I prove that I was in my bed! Finlay… I knew that the city was having financial problems, but that is a rip off !
I will contest !!!

I strongly suggest going at the limit of your convictions… The judge could decide which story to believe.
But take the time to ask for the communication of the proof… maybe their will be some details that will freshen up your memory…
